Conduct development workstreams from design to deployment, collaborating with team members offshore and onshore. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, including code reviews and mentoring. Participate in Agile daily Scrum sessions. Identify and implement system enhancements based on customer interactions. Define architecture and standards for scalable, flexible solutions. Research and resolve Salesforce application issues. Evaluate batch processes for performance improvements. Perform impact analysis across Salesforce platforms. Deliver documentation for estimates, design, and development. Provide on-call support during off-hours. Create timelines and development goals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers. Test application stability and functionality. Write documentation and train team members. Maintain application security and integrity. Perform code reviews and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. Experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience. 3+ years managing enterprise workstreams and leading teams. Lightning development experience (3+ years). Proficiency with Salesforce integrations, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL. Experience with test practices, data migrations, and Agile methodologies.
