POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sanitation Supervisor oversees and directs the activities of Sanitors, ensuring compliance to Sara Lee Frozen Bakery and regulatory standards so SLFB products meet company and customer specifications, and providing support to all cross functional teams of the bakery. The position is responsible for supporting various programs such as SQF, Quality & Standard Sanitation Operating Programs (SSOP).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sanitation Supervisors are responsible for delivering operational targets and leading teams. Additional responsibilities will include:
A trained designee will be appointed by plant management to cover for absences or vacancies.
QUALIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Night shift: 11pm - 7:30am (Sunday-Thursday).
