Flexibility is key in this role, as work schedules will be assigned in the morning based on company needs and your availability. Please note there might be a brief waiting period after hiring before you begin your first day—our team will keep you informed every step of the way via text updates.

What you need to succeed:

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds
• Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays as required
• A valid driver's license from your state—proof is necessary for this position
• A personal vehicle that meets the requirements listed below
• No prior experience needed—enthusiasm is key!
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Adherence to UPS appearance guidelines is expected

Your vehicle must meet the following criteria: Proof of compliance is required.

• Current vehicle registration
• Minimum required state insurance
• Vehicle weight must be under 10,000 pounds; trucks must have a covered and secured bed
• No company logos or markings on your vehicle
• No bumper stickers, political stickers, or offensive markings
