Allied is now hiring a Full-time Security Officer for Wells Fargo CPG in West Des Moines, IA. Job Details: • Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour • Schedule: Evening Shift Available / 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm • Duties: You will maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors. This includes issuing access badges, performing regular foot / mobile patrols throughout the facility, and monitoring camera and alarm systems. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security. • Experience: Must have 2+ years of security experience. (no exceptions) • Skills: Comfortable using technology devices, must have a valid driver's license. • Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and work in weather elements. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
