Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer

Seeking fearless Senior Graphic Designer for an Experiential Marketing Agency in Fort Worth, TX. (Hybrid T/W/H in office)

Position Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for graphic design from concept to execution across a variety of client projects in the sportswear and beauty industry as well as internal agency brand projects. You’ll work closely with our CEO as well as our cross functional teams to bring graphic concepts to life.

Objectives

You’ll develop creative design concepts and execute brand assets across multiple platforms for a variety of corporate clients. Your work will result in dynamic visual identity and assets that support digital and IRL activations. We expect clients to rave that you understand their needs and successfully help them achieve their marketing activation goals through your creative vision. You will be recognized by internal and external stakeholders as proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, accessible, and professional. 

 

Graphic Design Responsibilities:  

· Developing, from both existing visual centers and scratch, brand identity for programs and activations

· Developing designs for emails, promotional marketing materials, social assets, event signage and beyond, translating client goals and objectives into concepts and execution

· Building comprehensive client proposals that illustrate ideas and concepts, for ideation through execution, translating into compelling creative strategies and visual identities 

· Implementing and managing all aspects of creative execution across several areas including graphic design, photography, video, illustration, animation and spatial design

· Participating in weekly internal and external meetings to ensure projects progress with ease and efficiency

· Identifying areas of concern, before they happen, and creating a solution-focused plan to resolve them

· Developing and maintaining client relationships that result in good rapport, trust and ongoing engagements

· Collaborating with our cross functional teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed

· Becoming a subject matter expert on our processes and operations so that you deliver on our client promise

· We expect your efforts to create positive testimonials from clients that result in renewed contracts and new project opportunities. Your role will be vital to our long-term success

 

You’ll work closely with our CEO as well as cross functional teams, to elevate the consumer experience by delivering creative solutions across a wide variety of touchpoints, driving emotional connection to our client's brands.

· Expertise: You have a solid knowledge and expertise of layout, typography, illustrations, brand identity, digital production and publishing across various channels and platforms.

 

· Experience: You have a strong portfolio of creative work, exhibiting a seasoned background in both digital and print design. 

· Passionate: You are passionate about beauty, sport, culture, and youth, with a strong understanding of trends in these areas.

 

· Curiosity: You have a strong understanding of current and emerging design trends, youth culture, visual culture and emerging creative technology.  

 

· Detailed: You have a detailed understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of social media, interactive communication, processes and user-interface design for digital products.

  Multi-Disciplined: You can work seamlessly across multiple design disciplines including art direction, motion, graphic, creative strategy and spatial design.

 

· Communication Skills: You pride yourself on your ability to communicate effectively, succinctly and promptly. You prepare agendas and recap notes for all internal and external meetings

 

· Responsibility: You take ownership for your actions. You believe you should be the solution to the problem and never the problem itself.

 

· Strategic and Forward Thinking: You think steps ahead to anticipate actions to take to keep the project running on time, on budget and successfully bring it to fruition.

 

· Experience: You have 7+ years of professional experience in design, preferably within product, marketing, brand or agency environments. You have a proven track record of success.

Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree required

Physical Requirements

You will spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation

$70,000 to $90,000 compensation range, based on experience

3% matching SIMPLE IRA 

Health Insurance (50/50 - split employee/employer) 

Unlimited PTO, after 6 months of employment, with CEO approval

Up to $2500 in reimbursement for Continuing Education, with CEO approval
