By consolidating multi-line dialing, enrichment, intent signals, email, and social automation, Regie.ai empowers reps and their AI Agents to deliver signal-driven engagement to every lead—eliminating tool chaos and powering a fully-worked TAM.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Consultant with specialized expertise in go-to-market SaaS products. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Account Executives throughout the sales process with exceptional communication and technical abilities. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring prospects see value quickly when evaluating various technical aspects of our platform. You will also work closely with prospects to satisfy their infosec and technical requirements while partnering with our Product, Engineering, Legal, PS and CS teams at Regie.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Account Executives to identify customer needs and develop technical strategies for how our product can provide value
  • Articulating our solution capabilities through tailored demonstrations that highlight customer value.
  • Helping validate opportunities through in-depth review of all aspects of solution alignment
  • Managing RFPs and Infosec requests, initially identifying internal alignment and eventually building a repository for efficient responses.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on the Regie platform and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Partnering and collaborating with Sales to review workflow, business processes, sales opportunities and risks through in-depth discovery
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to track and advocate for feature enhancements
  • Participate in product demonstrations highlighting Regie’s business value
  • Understand goals and value propositions for various stakeholders within prospect organizations
  • Sharing your product and selling knowledge with internal teams, helping them strengthen their own skills, and better support our customers and prospects

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of presales solution consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Self-motivated team player comfortable in an unstructured environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with adept problem-solving skills leveraging technology solutions.
  • Proficient in designing, integrating and delivering software demonstrations both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with technical documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex workflows and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle, selling and copywriting principles and methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building positive relationships and driving consensus on objectives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting implementation plans as needed to meet evolving business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
