Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Tester to support our IT Quality Assurance team. This role will focus on testing complex web applications and reports, ensuring quality and compliance across multiple development projects. The QA Tester will collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and end users to design and execute automated and manual test cases, validate data, and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze user requirements, design documents, and specifications to create detailed test cases.
Develop and execute automated functional and regression test cases for HTML, PDF, and Excel reports.
Document issues, executed test cases, results, and summaries in detail.
Perform SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and test coverage.
Conduct manual testing, data validation, performance testing, and accessibility testing.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, providing QA input and support.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years testing complex web applications.
8+ years testing across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
5+ years with advanced Database/SQL.
3+ years with API, JSON, and XML.
2+ years using performance testing tools (e.g., WAPT Pro, JMeter).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
5+ years testing reports.
3+ years API testing (SOAP & REST).
2+ years experience with Zephyr Scale.
2+ years experience with JIRA.
