Standard Operating Procedure ConsultantLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Standard Operating Procedure Consultant with 7 years of experience handling and creating operating procedures. This is a Temp opportunity, located in Yorktown Heights, New York. Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site process mapping by observing workflows and interviewing team members to document current (“As-Is”) processes, including system integrations (e.g., ERP/Acumatica), order fulfillment, kitting, and quality control steps.
• Design future-state (“To-Be”) process maps using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Develop comprehensive SOPs for key functions (e.g., MRP planning, pick/pack/ship, DFM handling), incorporating RACI charts to clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Partner with department leaders to review and validate process maps and SOPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA) and alignment with industry best practices from leading medtech organizations
• Deliver a final package within 8–12 weeks, including visual process flows, detailed SOPs, and a prioritized roadmap for implementation.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience as an SOP Consultant
• Strong ERP or Vizio experience
