Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President, Sales to lead and transform our multi-channel sales organization. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across Group Sales, Strategic Partnerships, In-Market Sales, Military, OTAs, Travel Agents, International Sales , and Business Development . Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer , the SVP will lead a high-performance team and develop bold strategies to grow market share, enhance channel efficiency, and deliver exceptional value across all 10+ iconic park brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Build and execute a cohesive sales strategy across all B2B and intermediary channels aligned with commercial priorities and revenue targets.
  • Lead and inspire regional and national sales leaders with clear goals, decisive direction, and data-driven performance management.
  • Partner with marketing, revenue management, and digital to optimize go-to-market strategies and maximize conversion across channels.

Channel Oversight

• Oversee all sales efforts across:

Group Sales (corporate, youth, education, social)

Strategic Partnerships (B2B, sponsorship, affinity programs)

In-Market Sales (concierge, hotels, retail outlets)

Military Sales (on-base, veteran programs, preferred military partner strategy)

OTAs & Travel Agents (domestic & international)

International Sales (inbound travel, Latin America, Europe, Asia)

Business Development (new channels, trade expansion, regional growth initiatives)

Revenue Growth & Optimization

  • Aggressively grow revenue while improving cost-to-sell and profitability across all segments.
  • Drive trade marketing strategy, co-op investment, and incentive structures to ensure ROI-positive
  • channel growth.
  • Build and scale international and travel trade programs to unlock new visitor segments.

Team & Culture

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-oriented sales team anchored in performance, accountability, and execution.
  • Create a culture of ambition, ownership, and bold thinking, backed by real-world performance metrics and CRM visibility.
  • Act as a visible and influential leader across the organization and within the industry.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in travel, hospitality, theme parks, entertainment, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven success managing large, multi-channel sales organizations with strong revenue growth track records.
  • Deep knowledge of group, trade, military, OTA, and international sales ecosystems.
  • Executive-level communicator and negotiator with boardroom presence and field credibility.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across revenue management, marketing, operations, and legal.
  • Strong analytical, CRM, and pipeline management skills (Salesforce or equivalent).
