• Role Summary
• In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and verifying aero systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements as part of the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) capability. You will lead integration and verification activities for the T-7 platform, including evaluating customer and operational needs, performing analyses for system performance, and resolving cross-functional technical issues. You will apply your interdisciplinary approach to the lifecycle of system solutions and contribute to the development, safety, and success of T-7.

• Education & Job Requirements
• You must have
• A Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• A minimum of 4 years or equivalent experience in aero integration and verification, with a focus on military or commercial aircraft.
• Experience in system engineering, and the verification & validation process.
• Strong knowledge of airframe systems, aerodynamic principles, loads testing, GNC (Guidance, Navigation & Controls), vehicle management systems, and materials.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Experience with JIRA/PI Planning/Agile framework.
• Ability to schedule out projects, track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Ability and willingness to dig into details and follow up with stakeholders.

• Preferred Skills
• You will have
• Experience with the T-7 platform or similar aircraft programs.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to aircraft design and testing (e.g., FAA, MIL-STD).
• Proficiency in using engineering tools and software for modeling, simulation, and analysis.

• You will be able
• Lead the integration and verification activities of aero systems on the T-7 platform.
• Apply a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions approach to design and verification.
• Perform analyses to optimize system architecture and ensure system compatibility.
• Conduct analysis for safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, and other system quality factors.
• Develop the planning, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, risk management, and technology readiness assessment.
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues to ensure system success.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to design and test efforts that align with mission success.
