We’re growing and looking for a full-time Talent Partner who thrives in purpose-driven work and sees recruitment as a craft, not just a transaction. In this role, you’ll join a collaborative, values-led team that partners with mission-driven companies to attract, assess, and secure exceptional talent.

What You'll Do:

• Partner closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and talent needs.
• Consult and coach decision-makers on best practices in talent hiring.
• Lead or support recruitment efforts - from talent sourcing, interviewing and analysis, supporting hiring managers, to candidate presentations.
• Leverage behavioral insights and evidence-based practices to identify highly talented and culturally aligned candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with a long-game mindset rooted in high probability talent pipeline building and employer brand nurturing.
• Collaborate with our organizational development and research team to hone your expertise in performance behavior, servant leadership, and talent strategy.

Our Blended Work Style:

This is a hybrid role based on trust, collaboration, and impact. You’ll:

• Work onsite regularly with our internal team for collaboration and learning.
• Enjoy remote flexibility for focused, independent work.
• Occasionally, join clients onsite to support recruitment and consulting efforts.
