**CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Support Professional - AMS opening for our client in Dallas, TX.** **Location:** Dallas, TX **Duration:** 9 months **Duties:** + Provide advanced technical support for complex, distributed applications in a production environment. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across application layers. + Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve incidents and ensure system reliability. + Support deployments and application rollouts within OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters. + Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. **Skills:** + Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex application environments. + Proficiency with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools. + Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations. + Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, and Ingress Controllers. + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including tools like Jenkins and GitHub. + Ability to analyze and optimize SQL and Oracle database queries. **Experience:** + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support or DevOps roles, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. + Prior experience supporting applications in a cloud-native or containerized environment is highly desirable. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
