Job Details

• Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room (ER) specialty.
• Located in Dover, New Jersey at Saint Clare's Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare Foundation, Inc.
• Employment type is Long Term Assignment (LTA).

Job Requirements

• Must have a valid nursing license verified through Nursys.
• Required to have completed BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Required to have ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• Required to have PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
• Required to have NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
• Must pass Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with 80% or higher.
• Must pass Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening with 80% or higher.
• Must have COVID-19 vaccination and booster or completed declination.
• Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer).
• Annual fit test for respirator mask.
• Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof.
• Influenza vaccine or declination required during flu season.
• TB test within one year of start date.
• Driver's License, State ID, or Passport required.
• Proof of Varicella immunity (vaccination or titer).
• Tdap vaccination required (declinations not accepted in some hospitals).
• Annual physical/health statement stating clear to work.
• Must pass Prime Core Competencies Exam with 80% or higher.
• Must complete Prime Skills Checklist.
• Prime Color-blind test annually.
• National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.
• Prime Agency Attestation completed after all credentials uploaded.
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search completed.
• Prime Badge Photo (clear headshot) required.
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) completed.
• Must pass Prime Specialty Exam with 80% or higher.
• Prime Orientation Packet completed.
• Prime Job Description signed by employee.
• Prime Education Verification (diploma or transcripts).
• Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP).
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start.
• Resume and two professional references required.

Schedule Information

• Contract length is 13 weeks.

Additional Details

• Prime fingerprinting not required for this position but available if needed.
• Prime COA not required for per-diem needs.
