SnapCare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The Case Manager 1 oversees utilization review, treatment plans, and discharge planning to ensure quality care. Specializes in reviewing information for assigned areas such as Case Management, Geriatrics, Mental & Behavioral Health, or Home Health. Requires education, experience, and clinical judgment. Works with minimal supervision and uses creativity and latitude. Requires 3 years of nursing (1 in hospital), Associate’s Degree, and an active Louisiana RN license.
