Job Details

• Travel Registered Nurse position specializing in Medical/Surgical care.
• Located in Willoughby, Ohio at Lake West Medical Center, part of University Hospitals system.

Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid permanent RN license for Ohio; temporary licenses not accepted.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required for clinical positions.
• Completion of required vaccinations and health screenings including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine (or mask and declination forms), and Fit Test within specified timeframes.
• Completion of UHS-specific professional verifications and background checks including I-9 Attestation, Ohio Fingerprints, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Criminal Background Check, OIG Search, SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC verification, and Drug Screen.
• Completion of competency exams, skills checklist, core competencies, and physical/health statement as required by UHS.
• Must provide non-expired photo ID and meet all submission packet requirements including resume, references, job application, and UH Employment History Form.

Schedule Information

• Contract length is 13 weeks.

Additional Details

• Travel employment type.
• Proof of vaccine series or medical/religious exemption preferred but not required for COVID-19 vaccine.
• Annual requirements include 2-Step PPD or IGRA testing and Influenza Vaccine during flu season.
• Attestations are generally not allowed; third-party verifications required.
