Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI-RCS certified) for a weekday, day-shift position involving site-to-site floating.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in pediatric-focused echo/cardiology departments
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Assignment includes coverage at both Main Campus and four offsite locations
• Staff float between locations, spending full days at single assigned sites; no mid-shift location changes
• No weekend, call, or holiday shifts required
• Duties include performing echocardiograms and assisting in cardiology diagnostics for pediatric populations
• Team members work independently at assigned locations each shift
• No weekend, call, or holiday work required
• Strict attendance and punctuality expectations are enforced
• Applicants must provide two supervisory references for consideration
• Returning employees must have a minimum two-year break in service

\n \n Requirements\n

• Current ARDMS or CCI-RCS certification required
• Previous experience in echocardiography or cardiac sonography required
• Must be prepared to float to different units or sites for the assignment
• Candidates cannot have worked as a perm staff member at this system for at least 2 years
• No local candidates within a 60-mile radius are eligible
