Local Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Near Grants, NM
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,800/Week (DOE)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is currently seeking a Local Travel Occupational Therapist to join one of our highly respected healthcare partners in Grants, New Mexico . This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while enjoying one of the most culturally rich and scenic cities in the Southwest.

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop customized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care
Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Track and document patient progress and make ongoing plan adjustments
Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and chronic conditions

Education & Certification Requirements:

Current New Mexico Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate)
Current BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of OT experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
