Local Travel Physical Therapist - Near Grand Forks, North Dakota
13-Week Contract | Up to $1,950/Week (DOE)

Job Description:

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic exercises and functional mobility techniques

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety techniques

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EMR systems

• Promote patient independence and enhance quality of life

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in North Dakota (or compact state eligibility)

• BLS Certification required

• Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
