About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the institution's mission and growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for brand, digital, content, and campaign marketing, with a focus on driving enrollment, and growing brand visibility. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in integrated marketing, brand development, and thought leadership, particularly in mission-driven organizations. The Vice President will also be tasked with ensuring consistent, mission-aligned messaging across all channels and leading the team in the creation of differentiated messaging for diverse audiences. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a strong background in marketing, with at least 8 years' experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Deep expertise in digital marketing and a strong understanding of data and analytics to inform strategy are essential. The role demands a leader with excellent communication and storytelling skills, and a strong commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Experience in enrollment-driven or higher education marketing environments, as well as a background in K-12 education, teacher preparation, or the nonprofit/social impact sectors, is preferred.
