Our Story
Santori Wines blends Italian heritage with California's finest vineyards in Napa and Sonoma. Our award-winning wines reflect both our family traditions and California terroir. We invite wine lovers to experience our Italian-inspired villa in Marin County and intimate cave tastings in Kenwood.

We're looking for a passionate Winery Coordinator to become part of our story. You'll be the welcoming voice of Santori Wines, helping guests discover our wines while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
• Create wonderful first impressions by responding warmly to emails and phone calls
• Share your enthusiasm at wine tastings and club gatherings
• Nurture relationships with our wine club members
• Keep our wine inventory organized and flowing smoothly
• Bring your creative touch to planning special events and club parties
• Join us for weekend gatherings and evening celebrations

What You'll Bring
• Experience with the Commerce7 platform (we'll need this!)
• A passion for wine and sharing that joy with others
• Wine knowledge not required but a plus
• Event planning creativity is a plus
• A warm, engaging communication style
• Thoughtful attention to details
• Ability to gracefully juggle multiple priorities
• Computer savvy and quick learning ability
• Flexibility to join us for weekend and evening events

The Details
• $25-30 per hour
• Part-time position (20 hours per week)
• Hybrid arrangement based in beautiful Fairfax, California with some work-from-home flexibility
