Job Description
ROSI Office Systems is looking for a talented WordPress Developer to own and evolve our marketing website. From crafting pixel-perfect landing pages to optimizing site speed and SEO, you’ll be a key player helping us showcase our expertise to clients across Texas and beyond.

What You’ll Do
Build engaging, high-converting landing pages that match our brand and design guidelines.
Develop and maintain new sections of the site (custom templates, post types, Gutenberg blocks, ACF fields).
Improve site speed, performance, and SEO: fix Google Search Console issues, enhance Core Web Vitals, implement CDN and image optimization strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve crawl, indexing, schema, or security errors.
Implement deployment automation (GitHub Actions, WP-CLI, CI/CD workflows).
Collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and content teams.
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience (custom themes and plugins).
Proven experience improving Core Web Vitals—share examples of sites you’ve optimized.
Strong skills in PHP, modern JavaScript (ES6+), SCSS/CSS (Tailwind is a plus).
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Experience with Git workflows and automated testing.
Clear, professional communication in English, with at least 3 hours of overlap with US Central Time.
Bonus Points For
WooCommerce or headless WordPress (REST/GQL) experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
A sharp design eye and the ability to work in Figma alongside designers.
