ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients and build strong relationships by understanding their insurance needs.
Sales: Drive new policy sales by identifying opportunities to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Policy Customization: Assist in designing personalized insurance policies that provide value and meet client-specific requirements.
Lead Follow-Up: Act on leads from call-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns promptly and effectively.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and client base.
RequirementsLicensing: Obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License within the first few weeks of employment.
Experience: No prior experience required, but a background in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential clients and team members.
Customer-Driven: Strong desire to understand and meet client needs with a personalized approach.
Motivated: Energetic, persistent, and driven to achieve sales targets and outcomes.
