Job Description
- Responsible for tracking Escort resources and communicating schedule, availability, and clearance status to the Microsoft Program Manager
- Receives requests for escort resources, schedules personnel to provide escort support, and communicates conflicts and deficiencies to the Microsoft Program Manager
- Develops and maintains PowerBI or other dashboard providing a visual representation of current and future escort resource utilization
- Provides logistical and operational support to Microsoft datacenters as needed
- Serves as the primary point of contact for escorting work conducted within the assigned site
- Ensures that all escort personnel are conducting their work in compliance with safety and security requirements, and takes corrective action to address escort non-compliance with those requirements
- Coordinates logistics to ensure that escort personnel are prepared to support assigned escort work, including verifying availability of personnel, coordinating replacement personnel to address call outs, and verifying that escort personnel are equipped with the necessary PPE to conduct their assigned work
- Receives escalations from escorts of security concerns and communicates them to the Security Operations Manager and Contractor Special Security Officer verbally and in written reports
Job Requirements
Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, which is current and can be verified. - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be willing to obtain any required security license needed to work on the site.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied
