Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in data analytics and full-stack development. You will play a central role in building the core platform, designing intuitive user experiences, and developing AI/LLM-powered features that transform how businesses interact with their data.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup at an early stage and directly shape the product and engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python (with Pandas, and related libraries).
• Develop algorithms to manipulate SQL queries for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Develop and maintain React front-end applications with high usability and performance.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications , including prompt engineering for domain-specific analytics.
• Collaborate closely with customers and other team members to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure best practices for performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python and data analysis libraries (Pandas, Snowflake, etc.).
• Strong experience with SQL (schema design, query optimization, analytics workloads).
• Strong understanding of OLAP data warehouse systems (Snowflake, Amazon Athena, etc.)
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience developing AI/LLM-based applications (RAG, APIs, prompt design).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, testing).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with data visualization libraries (Plotly, D3.js, or similar).
• Background in analytics engineering or BI tool development.
• Experience in scaling data-intensive applications .
