Job Title: HR Admin Coordinator

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible temp to hire)

Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311

Hybrid Role (3 days a week)

Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will support interview scheduling across client US locations.
  • Candidates with professional demeanor, sense of urgency. Someone that displays confidence, compassion, and professionalism. Has a "can do" attitude
  • Performs general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies
  • Arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mail.
  • Serves as a point of contact for customers.
  • Answers complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.
  • Anticipates and coordinates projects/assignments, organizes own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines.
  • May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming projects; identifies future needs to complete projects.
  • Makes decisions using independent judgment under only general guidelines.
  • Translates thoughts into documents (letters/memos/presentations, etc.) using existing material; ensures document is logical and complete as well as accurate in grammar and spelling
  • Makes suggestions for improvements in existing communications.
  • Provides guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 years of experience in customer service, HR, administrative, or similar type roles.
  • Computer savvy
  • Customer service focused

Preferred:

  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Experience using an AI scheduling tool
