Location: (Hybrid) 525 West Allegan Street, Lansing, MI 48933 Position Type: 12 Months (Contract) Number of Hours: 40 Hrs/week Interview Type: Webcam Job Description: As a Salesforce Cloud Architect and developer, you’ll be responsible for providing technical oversight for all new and existing SaaS (Salesforce) implementations for the Michigan Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential department. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and 2+ years with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting Experience in at least two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations, with an in-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints Assess Salesforce.com architecture and deliver secure, high-performance solutions on the Force.com platform Design and document technical architecture solutions across multiple platforms, including integration and authentication Custom development using APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Omniscripts Experience migrating from Workflow rules/Process builder to Flow builder Proven success implementing Batch Apex, Apex triggers, and classes Knowledge of web services, REST services, and data transport technologies interacting with Salesforce Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce programs: data modeling, migrations, quality, integrations, third-party apps, and AppExchange products CICD/Release Management: managing change processes for Salesforce technology efforts Experience with backup and recovery using tools like OwnBackup Experience with Conga Composer for document generation Ability to identify technical risks and issues Responsibilities: Participate in solution design sessions, providing guidance on extensions, data conversion, environment setup, and integration Define technical requirements with clients and end users for new projects and enhancements Lead technical workshops and design sessions Propose and evaluate design options with their pros and cons Ensure alignment of technical solutions with client requirements and long-term strategy Understand technical environment capabilities and limitations Review technical architecture deliverables for quality and traceability Maintain overall technical responsibility for project environments Develop and enforce internal development standards Oversee QA efforts for quality assurance Ensure solutions meet security standards throughout the lifecycle Deliver business value through technology and communicate technical concepts effectively at an executive level Provide technical leadership, coaching, and best practices in development and deployment Maintain excellent communication skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr V Group Inc.
