Securitas Security Services of Northern New England is now hiring a Shift Supervisor at Idexx Laboratories in Westbrook ME.

The Shift Supervisor maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. If you have experience in the security industry and want to take the next step in your career you could be a great fit for this role; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Time: 07:00AM - 3:00PM

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong and Positive Attitude
• Strong PC, Phone, and Radio Skills, with an Emphasis on Customer Service and Email Etiquette (Previous Customer service is a plus!)
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to train and be trained
• Task oriented (As a leader, Routine duties and changes to daily operations might occur)
• Strong leadership skills. You will be leading a patrol team of young officers. A mature attitude is needed
• Collected demeanor. Able to fit into the role and shift dynamic without causing office disruption

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Walking/standing for long periods of time
• Flexible work availability
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
